Using Single Pixel Spacers
A recent
and novel way of using images in a page is to use single pixel spacers.
These just look like a dot

on the page but they can be stretched to fill any rectangle you like to
create
The beauty of this
system lies in the fact that as the gif files are only one pixel they
take a minimum of time to download
Here is are some
examples using spacers of different colours. If you right click on the
stips you can save them to use for your own pages (Note: the gap between
the green and yellow is a transparent gif)
